SYMPTOMS: The battery is continually discharged, which leads to a "No Start" condition.
PROBABLE CAUSE: This condition may be caused by the ABS pump motor running continuously. Due to the location of the ABS pump motor rely, water works its way into the relay and corrodes the contacts.
CORRECTIVE ACTION: To alleviate this condition Ford has created an ABS pump motor relay and wiring repair kit (Ford part # FOVY-14A303A) which, when installed, relocates the ABS relay and prevents further trouble
