Dayco Timing Belt Component Kits

PRODUCT REVIEW
Dayco Timing Belt Component Kits include pre-packaged tensioners, idler pulleys and tri-instructions (English, French and Spanish), each matched to a specific make, model and year of vehicle to assure replacement part accuracy and time saving convenience. Dayco Timing Belt Component Kit tensioners and idler pulleys are manufactured to meet the critical OE quality, fit, form and function requirements demanded by both domestic and imported vehicle manufacturers to ensure long lasting peak performance. Dayco Timing Belt Component Kits eliminate the need to pay high automotive dealership tensioner and idler pulley prices, the time consuming "pick-up" travel time to and from the automotive dealership and the frustration experienced from lack of the automotive dealership's immediate inventory of replacement tensioners and idler pulleys.

Dayco Timing Belt Component Kits are built in QS9000 Certified Facilities.

SERVICING PRECAUTIONS
Timing is everything, but the most timely maintenance procedure, the automaker's recommended timing belt replacement and the in- spection/replacement of timing belt drive system components, is often overlooked.

When working on the timing belt system it is extremely important to keep in mind that simply changing the timing belt is not sufficient. It is essential that timing belt, tensioners, and idler pulleys all be examined to determine if they exhibit signs of wear or damage. In fact, if faulty timing belt system tensioners and idler pulleys are not replaced along with the timing belt, the possibility of the newly replaced timing belt experiencing premature failure is greatly enhanced.
